We offer a variety of group classes such as spin, yoga, vinyasa, pilates, barre, circuit-based strength and cardio classes, and more! Our classes cultivate a family-like environment and social element that makes your workout much more fun and rewarding.

We offer classes for virtually every type of workout, person, and schedule. Don't see a class or time that works for you on our current schedule? Just let us know! Our Group Fitness Director adjusts our class schedule every month to add class formats and start times that cater to the needs of our members. Our group class program is perfect for those who like to socialize, meet new people, or need additional support and encouragement to stay on track. Regardless of your fitness level, we have classes that will help you advance toward your goals! Our group classes include the following:

Off and on for the past 18 years, I have taught many formats of classes including Sculpting, Turbo Kick, Zumba, Core, Aqua, and Senior Citizen classes. Now working at Core Athletic Club, I enjoy using my background in fitness to teach Barre Pilates to help our members achieve their fitness goals.

In my role as a gym manager, I focus on enhancing the overall member experience, from streamlining operations to leading a team of dedicated trainers and employees. I believe in creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home and is encouraged to push their limits.

As a fitness instructor, I specialize in Trekking and Circuit training, tailoring my classes to accommodate all fitness levels. My goal is to create dynamic and engaging workouts that not only challenge but also bring out the best in every participant.

My first certification as a step instructor led me to a career in the fitness industry and over the years have added certifications in the Les Mills programs of Body Pump, Body Step, Body Flow, and RPM as well as Core Barre, Yoga Fit Level 1, Kids Yoga, and Schwinn cycling. I look forward to seeing you at Core and promise you a fun-filled, upbeat, and energetic class where you will see instantly how much I truly love being a fitness instructor.

I started my yoga journey in 2011 and never stopped. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, well versed in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga. I completed my 200-hour training of LifePower in 2017. My goal is to create a space with intentional movements to help build strength, mobility, and confidence on and off your mat. I look forward to sharing my experience and passion for this great practice with you.

A Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise with a specialty in fitness nutrition, I discovered my passion for personal training in 2014 while working with military spouses. Since then, I have been committed to helping people of all fitness levels achieve their goals through tailored, sustainable approaches.
